The afternoon sessions concentrate on teaching methodology, equipping students with the knowledge and skills required to become effective aerial yoga instructors.
The late afternoon and evening sessions involve real-life teaching experiences, where students can assist the teacher, demonstrate, observe, or even take on sections or full classes with real participants.
It is important to consider the physical and mental well-being of the students during the course,
especially with an intensive schedule like this. Make sure to include sufficient breaks and rest periods between sessions to avoid burnout and injuries.
Additionally, encourages open communication and provides a nurturing environment where students can ask questions, seek clarification, and express any concerns they may have during the course.
Remember to promote safety throughout the course, emphasizing the importance of proper technique and alignment to prevent injuries. Providing individualized attention and constructive feedback during the teaching practice sessions will greatly benefit the student’s learning and growth as future aerial yoga instructors.
Lastly, end the course with a celebratory and positive closing ceremony to acknowledge the students’ achievements and progress throughout the seven days.
